Lee W. Hauser established Hauser Real Estate in the Fall of 2013, following a successful tour of duty as a broker associate with Martha Lee Realty of Holden Beach and Ocean Isle Beach .  

He has produced over $12 million dollars in sales as a buyer’s or seller’s agent of single family houses and residential lots.

Born in Winston-Salem, raised in Fayetteville, Lee was a radio broadcaster prior to beginning his real estate career in 2006.  

He is a graduate of Pfeiffer University with a BS in Business Administration and the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill with an MA in Communication Arts.  

He also served as an officer in the US Navy, 1968-71, attaining the rank of Navy Lieutenant.  He is a Vietnam War Veteran, serving two tours, one aboard ship, the other in-country.   

His career in radio spanned 35 years in sales, management and ownership at stations in Chapel Hill, Wilmington, Wilson, Morehead City, Raleigh, Shallotte, Lumberton and Elizabethtown, where he and his wife, Nancy, have resided since 1991.  They have two children and four grand children.
